Opportunity Highlights

Pay: $19/hr

 

Pay Breakdown: 

Base Pay: $18/hr

Base Pay After 90 Days: $18.50/hr

Shift Differential: $0.50/hr

 

Shift: 2nd - Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:30PM 

The Opportunity

 

As a Laborer with Tradebe, you will be responsible for various tasks at the plant, including moving drums and supporting overall plant operations. 

Key Job Responsibilities

 

Make sure all work follows environmental, health, and safety rules by complying with regulations, company policies, and safety standards while keeping the workplace safe and environmentally friendly. Assist with container movements, process operations, housekeeping activities, and area inspections.  Conduct daily area inspections.  Operate waste handling equipment safely.  Notify the Plant Supervisor, Operations Director, and other plant authorities in emergency situations.  Take emergency action independently if in accordance with established procedures.  Ensure compliance with the Facility’s RCRA Permit.  Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

 

High school diploma or equivalent experience.  Experience operating a forklift and knowledge of the hazardous waste industry is a plus.  Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents and SOPs.  Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
