**Job Title: Solar Laborer** **Job Description** We have an exciting opportunity for a General Laborer to join our team for a 125MW (phase 2) project in Eldorado, IL. The successful candidate will work extensively on-site for the length of the contract and have the opportunity to earn a substantial income. **Responsibilities** + Perform tasks such as racking, installing modules, tear downs, and quality control. + Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. + Assist with concrete work, assembly, and carpentry as needed. + Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure. + Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations. **Essential Skills** + Experience working as a laborer. + Experience working on a construction site or in an outdoor environment. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Comfortable working in various weather conditions. + Safety-conscious mindset. **Work Environment** You will be working in an outdoor environment, which may involve exposure to heat and other weather conditions. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, but are subject to change based on the project schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Eldorado, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
