We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Feed Mill Operator to join our team! The Mill Operator will be responsible for the efficient operation of our feed mill, ensuring the production of high-quality animal feed that meets the quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain feed mill equipment to produce animal feed. + Receive, inspect, and store raw materials. + Mix and blend feed ingredients according to specified formulas. + Monitor product quality and production schedules. + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mill equipment. + Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. + Keep accurate records of production and inventory. + Assist with loading and unloading feed trucks. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. **Qualifications:** + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
