We are currently seeking a General Laborer (L05) to join our team in Smiths Falls, Ontario. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our production assembly process while developing valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities:

As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in our production operations. Your duties will include:

Production Assembly: Building dampers and ensuring all components meet quality standards. Operating Machinery: Operating length stops, saws, and other equipment essential to the production process. Quality Control: Conducting inspections to ensure products adhere to specifications and maintaining high-quality output. Material Preparation: Installing gaskets and handling materials efficiently. Team Collaboration: Working closely with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe workplace.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, production assembly, or a similar role is an asset. Skills: Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate machinery safely. Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks. Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
