**Description** **Position Title: General Labourer** **Department: Manufacturing** **Division: AGI Nobleford** **Location: Nobleford, AB, Canada** **About AGI** AGI is a global company publicly traded in Canada, and we are expanding! We currently have over 100 employees operating out of 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Nobleford, Alberta ( **approx. 20 mins north of Lethbridge** ) and will be adding multiple positions as part of our expansion. We manufacture Westeel petroleum storage tanks and are Canada’s largest manufacturer of grain aeration and natural air grain drying equipment. **The Opportunity** We are actively seeking multiple **General Labourers** to join our manufacturing team within our facility in **Nobleford, Alberta** (approx. 20 mins north of Lethbridge). **The Team** The role will report to the Production Supervisor. **Responsibilities** + Assemble materials using hand and power tools + Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements + Review of finish parts to ensure accuracy against drawings + Read and understand blueprints, specifications and drawings + Operate CNC equipment + Working safely and efficiently, following safety rules and standard operating procedures + Other duties as assigned **Qualification** + Motivated candidates with previous labour and/or manufacturing experience + Proven ability to work safely + Able to work in fast paced environment handling heavy loads and standing for long periods of time + Able to lift and maneuver 50 pounds repeatedly + Ability to work at heights and within confined spaces + Attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills + Ability to read, understand and follow blueprints + Exemplary attendance record **What We Offer** + Health, Dental Benefits and Life Insurance + RRSP with up to 5% company match + DPSP and Employee Stock Purchase Plan + Competitive compensation + Employee Bonus Program + On the job training and advancement opportunities + Apprenticeship reimbursement program + Support with obtaining CWB certifications + Safety Gear Reimbursement, including PAPR program + Great company and team culture + Short/Long term disability + Shift timings: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM _AGI is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
