Position Overview
We are looking for General Ledger Accountant/ R2R Specialist who will be reliable and analytical future colleague with the ability to work independently and who enjoy communicating and working with a variety of stakeholders in an effective and timely way. You will be collecting, processing, and delivering relevant, timely, and accurate financial information. This position covers end to end ownership of the process for respective country in EMEA region.
Responsibilities
Preparation of day-to-day manual journal entries and general ledger accounting entries Preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations Bank statements postings relevant to general ledger accounting Proactive performing the period-end closing activities Preparation of financial reports for controllership organization Assisting with internal and external financial and compliance audits, including SOX controls Maintaining close cooperation with Legal Entities in Area in order to monitor the status of operationsRequired qualification
Professional experience in similar role on medior level Advanced experience with FI/CO module Ability to prepare professional reports in MS Excel Great overview of GAAP and SOX principles English and Polish language on fluent business level Experience with Oracle EPM or similar tool is a plusWe offer
