Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced General Liability Defense Attorney to provide legal representation and advice to clients. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of litigation strategies and be able to provide excellent legal counsel. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clientsIdentify legal issues and advise clients on the best course of actionPrepare and submit court documents and motionsRepresent clients in court and other legal proceedingsNegotiate settlements with opposing counselDraft legal documentsTrials

Qualifications: 

Licensed California attorney5+ years of general liability defenseExperience in litigation and trialStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent research and writing skills
