We are looking for a dedicated General Maintenance/Facility Operations Position Overview: As a General Maintenance Worker, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for equipment and buildings. This role requires practical skills and knowledge in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work. Key Responsibilities: + Replace electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors. + Use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings. + Repair or replace sinks, water coolers, and toilets. + Paint structures and equipment. + Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks. + Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles. + Hang doors and install door locks. + Replace broken windowpanes. + Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery. Qualifications: 1-3 years’ experience in the following: + Active Top-Secret Clearance + Electrical work + Plumbing + Carpentry + General building maintenance Preferred: + Active TS/SCI An ACTIVE U.S. Government Security Clearance is Required to be considered for this role .
