We are currently hiring for a General Maintenance Technician at our Crestwood Campus!  

Under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager, the General Maintenance Technician performs all duties of a facilities person as well as additional duties requiring technical/mechanical skills in order to improve and maintain the physical plant.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair buildings, including but not limited to walls/ceilings/floors/ windows, doors/plumbing Render service to facility as needed during off hours, weekends and Holiday's based per an "On Call" schedule Follow up on emergency calls with permanent solutions as needed Assist property manager as needed including assuming leadership responsibilities in his/her absence Assist Property Manager with E.O.C. and Fire safety inspections This job description is not exhaustive. Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience with facilities, maintenance, construction, electrical, HVAC, and/or mechanical Valid unrestricted driver’s license for at least 6 months and meet agency driving standards

 

$18.01 Minimum pay rate, $26.50 Maximum pay rate, based on experience.
