Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: + Completes maintenance Work Orders + Assists other trades, as needed Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: + Maintains cleanliness and organization of work area Minimum Education and Qualifications: + High School diploma or equivalent + Four years of experience operating power tools, fork lifts and handling requests with other trades Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: + Basic knowledge of the safe and effective use of all types of power tools + Ability to interpret and follow manuals, sketches and work orders Training Requirements: + Proper use of equipment and tools required to complete job duties + Respirator trained and fit tested + Man lift training (scissor and boom lift) + Forklift training + Fall training + Mandated safety training Physical Demands and Work Environment: + Must be able to work in a smoking environment as well as various weather conditions including extreme hot and cold + Must be able to lift 50 lbs. + Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and climb a ladder + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
