Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Performs maintenance work orders and documents on appropriate logs and computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Advocate the cooperation of all personnel to ensure the smooth operation of the entire departmentMaintain a professional, safe and clean work area. Comply with C&W Services and OSHA Safety Policies and Regulations.Regular attendance at assigned location and participates in client meetings.Ensures assigned work tasks meet quality standardsCarpentry/General Maintenance
Utilizes hand and power tools with competency and safetyInterior door, lock and window hardware install and maintenanceMillwork install and repairsWall and ceiling install and repairsReplace damaged or missing ceiling tilesCove base and flooring (carpet squares and VCT) repairsHang boards, pictures, signs and other wall fastened itemsPainting and wall covering installations and finishesLighting and lamp replacementsAssisting other trades
Performing PM’s for Plumbing including lab showers, eye wash stations, and general roundsPerforming PM’s for HVAC including filter changes, coil cleanings, greasing fittings, etc…Assisting Electricians with general labor including pulling wire, conduit installs, operating hand tools, etc…Requirements:
Possess a high school diplomaPrior experience in utility/general maintenanceCarpentry skills preferredThis list is representative of those duties and responsibilities that are required of this position.
