Kiliuda Consulting, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking General Maintenance Workers to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center facilities in Panama City, Florida.
Qualified candidates will be expected perform minor facilities maintenance tasks to include but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Perform replacement and or repairs on basic to complex drywall, paint, plumbing and electrical fixtures. Perform basic carpentry. Pressure-wash exterior areas and walkways. Clean air vents. Tint and re-caulk windows. Deliver supplies to NSWC PCD buildings. Perform ad hoc severe weather preparedness measures (filling, placing, & removing sandbags) when required. Operate mobile equipment such as Government owned pickup trucks, forklifts, small gasoline or electric driven vehicles (e.g., carts). Transport various items to the Defense Reutilization Management Office (DRMO) co-located with NSWC PCD on the NSA PC. Transport various Government-owned furniture items and related materials for various events or space moves within the Panama City and Panama City Beach, Florida area. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Requirements:
Eligible to work in the United States. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Florida state driver’s license. Minimum of Three to Nine years of general experience. Knowledge of hand and power tools. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to understand and have working knowledge of hazardous, safety, and environmental warnings. General knowledge of maintenance and construction trades.
