ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform janitorial/custodial services as assigned based on the schedule provided by the COR. Empty trash cans, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture and equipment, clean windows. Inspect and clean or replace HVAC filters. Ensure that the fire alarm system is maintained and operable at all times except while being tested or repaired. Complete all planned maintenance on identified storage bunker doors at EL Toro range facility annually. Operate a mower and string trimmer for ground maintenance. Inspect and clean all roof gutters, drains, and downspouts. Cleaning shall include removal of all bird nests, cobwebs, beehives, wasp nests, vegetation, leaves, debris, and all other obstructions that constricts flow to and through roof gutters, drains, and downspouts. Replace all loose, displaced, broken, or missing strainers. Re-secure and fasten all loose gutters and downspouts in conjunction with inspection and cleaning. Maintain all surfaced areas such as (but not limited to) asphalt and concrete roadways, driveways, parking lots, open storage areas, athletic surfaces, jogging/bicycle paths, sidewalks, etc. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
