Success starts with being an entrepreneur – we encourage an innovative workplace to creatively drive your business!  As a General Manager, you will own recruiting, developing, and training a staff of elevated managers and associates while strategically driving the business through proactive planning, innovation and execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Empower, develop, and motivate the team to drive results through delegating responsibilities and delivering an elevated customer experience.Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent through succession planning and demonstrating strong leadership skills. Train management to deliver operational excellence in all store processes while adhering to store budget.Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals.Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with HR when necessary.Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:   

8+ years of relevant retail experience as a proven leader, multi-unit experience a plusBachelor’s Degree required

Compensation Range: 

$112,000.00 - $135,000.00
