As General Manager of JJIM, your role is to oversee our Philippines business with direct reporting lines across all commercial, market access and regulatory affairs functions. You will assume the role of leader, key decision maker and sign-off authority for Johnson Johnson Philippines Inc.
You are responsible for developing commercial strategy, providing insightful market analysis and ensuring alignment with regional/global strategy where necessary. You will be responsible for managing the integrated PL and successful achieving sales, marketing and profitability targets for Johnson Johnson’s pharmaceutical business in the Philippines.
You will focus on building organizational capabilities through investment in people, processes and technology to cultivate accelerated and sustainable growth. This requires you to lead and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver both short and long-term results in this dynamic market.
Key responsibilities:The General Manager is responsible for developing commercial strategy based on deep local market insights and where appropriate with regional/global strategies; manage an integrated PL and delivering sales, marketing and profitability objectives across the pharmaceutical business; building the organization capability (people, process, technology) in the market to accelerate and sustain growth; and leading/motivating a cross-functional team to deliver results for the short- and long-term.
