Job Description

Your Tasks:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business unit, leading the organization of ZF Test Systems India at locations in line with the global Business Unit IT Strategy and processes Focuses on Outside Sales/Commercial Management, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Customer Service, Engineering Change Management, Business Planning/Scheduling, and Inside Sales Ensures the successful installation/commissioning of test equipment at customer locations (internal and external) As a next step after establishing local business develop and maintain a local engineering and assembly team to develop and design local engineered sub-components including assembly area to complete test systems Develop a local partner and supplier network Promotes continuous improvement in the operations through the life-cycle of all test systems

 

Your Profile:

Bachelor's graduate with minimum 12+ years of work experience Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills in international environment Strategic thinker, able to develop strategies to accomplish goals and to learn new skills Strong management and leadership skills (Highly Ethical). Able to build/dev. strong team Fostering collaboration & empowerment

Work Location : Pune or Chennai
