The General Manager ensures safety, regulatory compliance, budget/cost and productivity achievement, and rigorous process execution through Airport Leaders, and station Crewmembers. Drive continuous improvement in the short and long term. Ensure outstanding operational performance through effective cross-functional leadership during day to day operations. Work with operational and planning departments to influence and improve day-to-day performance. The General Manager is ultimately responsible to set their region up for success, effectively delivering joyful, simple, and reliable Customer experience.

Compensation range $80,000 - $85,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
