Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a General Manager to join our team of professionals at the Covenant Living location in Westminster, CO.  We are seeking a talented individual who will commit to the challenges of creating and delivering a operational-culinary-driven experience. This is a hands-on OPS role requiring previous experience managing upscale food production, with retail & fine dining menu knowledge.  This is a highly visible position and will interface with the residents and clients on a daily basis.  The right candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be a champion for their employees and staff.  

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will:

have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations.Interface closely and daily with residents, client executive level leadership and client board members.control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved.ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved.be ServSafe certified with a strong working knowledge of HACCP monitors for regulatory compliance.

managing the Client relationship.

managing the budget/finances for the business.

managing a team of hourly employees.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
