Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations across critical departments such as production, engineering, logistics, and customer service within the aerospace sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, increase operational efficiency, and meet customer satisfaction goals. Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations (FAA, EASA), safety standards, and quality control procedures. Manage and mentor senior leadership teams, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in aerospace operations. Conduct market analysis, identify industry trends, and implement strategies to stay competitive in the evolving aerospace marketplace. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and aerospace partners. Oversee the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability in the aerospace sector. Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management roles within the aerospace industry, with proven success in aircraft manufacturing, aviation systems, or aerospace engineering. In-depth knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, FAA regulations, EASA compliance, and quality control standards. Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret financial data, conduct market analysis, and implement growth strategies in the aerospace field. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience leading cross-functional teams. Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and enhance profitability in the aerospace sector. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Fluency in English and French (additional languages are an asset).
