Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of cold chain food operations strategically, operationally, and financially across multiple sites.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean processes, to enhance business execution and achieve financial goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their cold chain food transport and warehouse needs are met.Foster a culture of operational excellence, compliance, safety, and budgeting while selecting, training, and evaluating associates.

Conditions:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain or related field preferred.8-10 years of experience in cold chain logistics, food transport, and warehouse management, with 5+ years in senior management roles.Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) and change management principles.Proven ability to develop and implement strategies, lead teams, and achieve operational targets in the cold chain food industry.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels.Proficiency in financial analysis, WMS, and MS Office Suite.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on driving results in cold chain food operations.Willingness to travel as required for the role.Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and uncompromising commitment to quality and compliance in the cold chain food industry.

The expected salary for this position is between €80,000 – €100,000 per annum.
