Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for Panera is located within Promedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.

 

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee and lead a team of up to 15 employees in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is responsible for managing employee scheduling, inventory control, training, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail floor. The successful candidate will manage a retail volume of $1.5 million, driving performance and maintaining high standards of customer service.

What You'll Do have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality productachieve company and financial targets and goals to include oversight food costs, labor costsdevelop and maintain customer relationshipsmotivate, coach, mentor and develop 20 frontline (hourly) staff members and 5 supervisorsensure Sodexo/Panera standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs What We Offer

What You Bring have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/ordemonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
