The General Manager will report to the District Manager and lead and mentor a team of 8 managers serving 4 buildings on campus with 4 cafes, 2 Starbucks and high volume catering. **The successful candidate will:** + have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product; + have strong client relation skills and experience working with C-Suite clients; + achieve company and client financial targets and goals to include oversight of cash-handling and the POS system; + motivate, coach, mentor and develop staff; and + ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs. **Is this opportunity right for you?
