Sodexo is seeking a skilled and motivated General Manager 4 to lead the food service operations at Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and driving improvements in patient and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in food service management, a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences, and a commitment to promoting health and wellness within a hospital setting. Candidates must be Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian or have additional certifications to meet California requirements.  

What You'll Do have oversight of day-to-day operations;deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations; achieve company and client financial targets and goals;  develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)develop strategic plans. Qualifications & Requirements
