Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4- Food Schools for our partnership with International Leadership of Texas. The best qualified General Manager will have strong hands-on operational experience and will be accessible to staff, while being able to delegate responsibilities and track progress of team development. What You Bring Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaborativelyHave culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation complianceCan manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer servicePrioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as neededPreference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.A valid driver's license is required. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s degree, with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
