Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a General Manager (Pantry Services) for our client in New York, NY. We’re seeking a creative and forward-thinking manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about creating unique, health-focused pantry experiences. This role demands a focus on innovation, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. The General Manager (Pantry Services) will oversee the daily operation that provides Hydration Stations, Premium Beverage and Coffee Service and Snacks daily throughout the building. This position is ideal for someone with workplace food service experience who can bring fresh ideas to enhance our services.

 

The General Manager (Pantry Services) will have responsibilities for:

Oversee and manage all onsite pantry operationsDrive innovation and implement best practices to continuously improve pantry offeringsDevelop and maintain staff schedules to ensure smooth, efficient operationsReview and approve final prints on menus, stickers, and labels to ensure timely serviceRefine operational procedures to elevate standards and ensure flawless performanceMaintain consistency in pantry offerings across multiple client site categories
