Here at Kneaders, we believe in rewarding the hard work of our general managers. Our best store leaders earned $130K+ in total compensation (base, bonus, and benefits) last year. General managers have the opportunity to earn up to a 15% profit split as a bonus. We want our people to be successful and provide a pathway for them to achieve their goals.\n

At Kneaders, we offer unmatched work-life balance for our leaders as all Kneaders locations are closed on Sunday. We are also closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas every year.\n

Kneaders is a modern neighborhood bakery. Our story began with traditional, European bread made with those three simple ingredients. After mastering old-world bread baking techniques, testing countless recipes, and developing a unique flour blend, our founders began baking our signature artisan breads in their hometown of Orem, Utah in 1997. We pride ourselves in developing and providing opportunities to our teams, delight our guests in a way that creates loyalty, and strive to strengthen our communities. Qualifications:\n\nMinimum 2 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment\nAbility to learn and train others on all aspects of the Kneaders operations\nAbility to drive hospitality and teach others to do the same\nMust be able to coach and develop people\nMinimum 2 years of P&L responsibilities\n\n

Responsibilities:\n\nMeet and exceed financial and profitability goals\nLead the management team\nOversee inventory, quality and safety\nAccountable for management payroll and scheduling\nResponsible for employee relations\nManage the facility while upholding our operational standards\nEstablish and build community relations\n\n
