Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, answer calls professionally, and perform follow-up service calls to ensure satisfaction. Service Excellence: Build strong client relationships, address customer complaints promptly, and deliver exemplary service. Team Leadership: Train, manage, and retain team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Inventory Management: Conduct weekly inventory audits and maintain optimal stock levels. Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe environment for team members and customers by adhering to all safety policies and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 18 years. Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply them. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively in a retail environment. Exceptional people skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and comfort with customers and team members. Physical Demands: frequent reaching, bending, stopping, kneeling and handling tools or merchandise, standing and walking on concrete surfaces

Additional Requirements:

Acceptable criminal history background check. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Pass a pre-employment drug screen evaluation.
