Key Responsibilities:
HR Management and Recruitment: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions in coordination with relevant offices. Talent Acquisition: Explore the market for talents that can support our outsourced functions in Manila. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with local regulations and company procedures. Training and Onboarding: Facilitate training programs for new employees and assist with their familiarization. Employee Well-being: Develop initiatives to promote employee well-being and job satisfaction in line with our culture and values. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns promptly and effectively. Legal Compliance: Ensure all company operations comply with local labor laws and stay informed about changes in employment laws. Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and support. Office Operations: Ensure the office functions efficiently and effectively on a daily basis. Procurement and Maintenance: Oversee office supplies and equipment procurement and maintenance. Budget Management: Manage and prepare the office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations. Policy Implementation: Implement and maintain office policies and procedures in line with our manual system and local regulations. Payroll Oversight: Oversee and approve monthly payroll together with the accounting department. Financial Management: Oversee financial statements, bank status, and ensure sufficient funds for day-to-day operations. Reporting: Oversee and approve monthly and quarterly reports to headquarters as required by top management. What is the Offer:
