Overview:

We need an entrepreneurial and visionary General Manager/CEO to lead this initiative from the ground up. The role involves building the company’s brand, developing a robust talent acquisition process, and scaling operations to meet the demands of clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep expertise in remote work recruitment and building highly efficient, growth-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Business Development & Strategy*:
- Develop the initial business strategy, including market entry, product offerings, and competitive differentiation.
- Identify high-growth markets and sectors to position the company as a leader in overseas talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, investors, and key clients.
- Drive the overall business vision and roadmap, ensuring scalability and innovation.
*Talent Acquisition & Recruitment*:
- Develop a recruitment framework that attracts and retains the top 1% of overseas talent.
- Oversee the implementation of a technology-driven talent matching platform to enhance client satisfaction.
- Establish partnerships with local recruitment agencies and educational institutions to create a talent pipeline.
*Operations & Team Management*:
- Build and manage a high-performing team with key hires across all business units (finance, marketing, sales, etc.).
- Establish operational processes and systems from scratch to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Create a performance-driven, results-oriented culture that prioritizes client satisfaction and employee growth.
*Marketing & Branding*:
- Launch and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to create brand awareness and attract top clients.
- Position the company as a market leader by developing a unique brand identity aligned with the needs of global businesses.
- Leverage digital marketing channels, thought leadership, and partnerships to drive lead generation.
*Financial Oversight*:
- Develop and manage the company's budget, financial planning, and reporting.
- Ensure efficient capital allocation, with a focus on maintaining profitability while driving growth.
- Secure external funding and investment to support the company’s expansion plans.
*Technology & Innovation*:
- Implement modern recruitment technologies (AI-based talent matching, automated processes) to streamline operations and improve client outcomes.
- Explore emerging tools and platforms that can enhance efficiency in talent sourcing and client servicing.
