Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service hotel , preferrably in the lifestyle spaceStrong financial acumen and proven success in managing budgets, revenue, and expensesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively with your team, Davidson, and ownershipAbility to think strategically and drive resultsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Benefits
