Overview:

A fast-growing nationwide chain is seeking multiple ambitious Assistant Managers to develop and grow with us as we expand throughout the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate knows the restaurant business backward and forward and is looking to grow. Ability to work a 40+ hours a weekA clear background checkAt least 18 years of age, with valid driver license and clean driving recordBasic understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelMust be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Assistant Manager, PIC, InShopper and Delivery Driver positions, as neededWilling to coach and task-manage employees on store operationsMust be able to lift 30-40 lbsAbility to stand, bend and reach throughout shift

Responsibilities

 

General Managers oversee all aspects of in-store operations, including but not limited to staffing/scheduling, food safety, inventory/stock ordering, COGS (cost of goods sold) management, cash handling and brand complianceThe General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficientlyGeneral Managers must be self-motivated individuals who have superior leadership skills and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrityOrganize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
