This individual will direct, manage, and optimize the overall operations the plant and production facility. What you will be doing: + Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization. + Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business and enhance utilization of production assets. + Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports. + Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit. + Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives. + Ensure overall delivery and quality of the company’s offerings to customers. + Be a role model for the company culture of servant leadership, and mentor the organization in living the commitments in the Strategic Road Map. + Must have 5 years P&L responsibility experience. + Drive key initiatives in plant operations to achieve improvements in operational excellence. + Engage in key or targeted customer activities. + Engage in key hiring and talent development programs. + Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent. + Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees. + Report key results to Executive Staff. The skills and experience you need: + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business required or 5 years of direct relatable experience. + 5-7 years relevant business experience with a complete understanding of all financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow) + Systems experience: Extremely strong Excel skills; ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred); experience with reporting tools (Power BI); proficiency with other MS Office products (Word, Powerpoint & Access) + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with various levels within the organization including senior leadership + Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information What we offer: + Learning and career development opportunities, whether it’s online learning, management training or enhancing your skills. + A competitive salary and incentive schemes. + Variety of benefits including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, disability insurance and a recognition program . . . .to name just a few.
