Position Summary: As our General Manager, you will play a crucial role in championing our mission of achieving outstanding customer service while fostering an engaged workforce. You’ll lead a dedicated management team, leveraging data analytics to drive performance and continuous improvement initiatives, ensure safety compliance, and inspire transformational change across our distribution centres. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate our Management team to meet daily output objectives and long-term goals, while promoting a culture of employee engagement and inclusion. Drive transformational initiatives that enhance employee experience and optimize service delivery. Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, collaborating with our H&S Manager to ensure a proactive safety culture is nurtured. Monitor performance against key indicators and adapt strategies based on real-time data to maximize service excellence and efficiency. Engage with union representatives, building strong relationships that promote cooperation and mutual respect. Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews, providing support and guidance to ensure continuous improvement. Champion our company’s quality management system, ensuring standards are not only met but exceeded. Act as a positive ambassador for Martin Brower within the global community, representing our values and vision.
