Oversee ship management department's performance. Ensure vessels meet operational and regulatory standards. Manage employees, finances, and compliance. Collaborate with managers and employees. Implement efficiency improvements. Liaise with customers on technical matters. Monitor vessel operations and safety. Management of day to day business. Management on long term commercial contracts.
