Job Summary Join our Company Management team and make a significant impact by delivering top-notch services to our residents and customers. As a General Manager, you will oversee the operational and financial management of multiple dining service departments across several facilities, ensuring adherence to budgets and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee all aspects of foodservice management, maintaining strong performance and success metrics. + Ensure timely operations and adherence to all management and client timelines. + Manage financial aspects including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis. + Engage positively with a diverse group of associates, managers, suppliers, clients, and customers. + Conduct regular management meetings and demonstrate initiative and good judgment in problem-solving. + Audit units for compliance with standards and regulations related to food safety and sanitation. + Hire, train, and orient new management staff. + Maintain strong safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs. + Foster excellent relationships with employees, guests, and clients, supporting talent development and the achievement of KPIs. Preferred Qualifications: + B.S. in Food Services Technology/Management or a related field, or an A.A. Degree with five to seven years of relevant experience. + At least five years of foodservice management experience, preferably in a retail operational setting. + P&L responsibility and contract-managed service experience desired. + Experience in multi-unit management and cash retail operations. + Retail marketing and supervisory experience highly preferred. + Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use. + Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is a plus.
