General Manager of Entertainment Facility for Kids End to End responsibilities for the performance of the business to include solving problems and adding revenue streams GM is responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, quality, programming, marketing and customer service of Gym  Provides Day to Day management of all gym services and offerings including the scheduling and performance of all 14 employees Acts as the face of the company with Customers and for Marketing Provides responsive support through all communications channels to include social media  Culture Champion, creating a culture of excellence, accountability while having Fun Someone who sees the growth potential of the facility with an open mind who is driven and self motivated    There are currently 30 classes/week, 2-4 birthdays per weekend, 8 hours of open gym in evening hours (Friday and Sunday), 4 weeks of Summer Camp in 2025, Parents Night out Ideas in the works for the Gym: Daytime homeschool fitness, Daytime toddler classes, Daytime toddler open gym, Special Events (some in mind are Family Game Nights, Movie Nights, Exchanges, Holiday Parties)   This position will start during the week around 3pm and go until the last class ends Weekends will be 10-12 hour shifts depending on what is booked
