MAU is hiring a General Manager in Hendersonville, NC. As a General Manager, you will oversees site-wide operations, ensuring performance meets agreed-upon service levels while driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, material flow, training, retention, cost efficiency, and internal support processes.

Career Path Regional Manager Director Senior Director Other Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree OR 6+ years of applicable experience Experience in warehousing, logistics, and/or inventory management Preferred Education and Experience Lean Greenbelt Root cause analysis training Essential Functions Serve as the main point of contact for the customer’s leadership Ensure compliance with site policies and performance metrics Communicate personnel needs to the MAU Recruiting Team Promote a “Zero Accidents” culture and support safety initiatives Oversee training, operating procedures, and OSHA compliance Identify and address operational challenges using lean principles Make data-driven decisions and optimize resource allocation Maintain clear communication across all levels Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance Align teams with MAU and customer objectives Act as the 24/7 emergency contact for safety incidents Handle conflict resolution and case management Oversee critical initiatives and stakeholder reviews Manage recruitment, training, and policy administration Supervise payroll processing and workforce operations Manage approximately 125 employees In association with the MAU Recruiting Team – screen, interview, and provide hiring recommendations for leadership, training, and administrative support positions Compile, authorize, and submit payroll for the full-time regular team Work Environment and Physical Demands The working conditions and environments are created by our customers’ facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-temperature-controlled environments to GMP clean room required. Physical Requirements
This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation: Must be able to walk up to 6 miles daily Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Travel This position requires up to 5% of travel
