Revere is seeking a General Manager to join our Operation’s team. This individual must possess strong leadership capabilities, possess an analytical mindset for problem solving, and have a bias for action. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is the business owner of all aspects of operations within your facility.
Oversee day-to-day operations.Drive manufacturing operating policy supported by lean concepts, to realize business strategy.Drive best practices and has accountability for all aspects of plant performance, ensuring objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that is consistent with customer, quality and safety requirements, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.Support, co-coordinate, and initiate sales opportunities with corporate sales team.Guide, coach and support team members and teams to perform their roles successfully. Also includes, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems to support HR Vision and Mission.Driving continuous improvement in operations to meet short and long-term financial goals.MEASURABLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or Business or equivalent work experience (20+ years manufacturing leadership experience).10-15 years of experience in operations management with P&L responsibility at a plant/division level, in highly engineered, plastic injection molding industry preferred.Experience as a people leader with strong business acumen.Experience in being the lead change agent in complex transformational activities.Must have a passion for and strong beliefs in constant improvement.Other Characterisitics:
