Your main missionwill be Reporting to the Operation Director, will be responsible for this 4 Hotel (Only Adults) The Hotelhas an excellent sea front location , in the southeast of the island of Menorca. It has 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool in the spa.
At the hotel, guests can customize their stay and choose the all-inclusive package, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the buffet restaurant. The hotel also has a beach club, which is open to the public.
Your main functions will be:
Will be responsible for the operations, coordination, management, supervision and analysis of results of all the Departments of the Hotel:
Lead and inspire high performance of the hotel teams by continuously evaluating and maintaining high service, quality and productive processes and workflow.
Ensure proper implementation of Hyatt procedures and policies in alignment with strategic plans.
Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in General Manager positions or (4) years of experience in Deputy General Manager positions.Knowledge of the vacation market is mandatory.Experience in Events Lifestyle experienceExperience in contract management (reporting to owners/properties).Ability to work autonomously.Operational focus, problem solving skills to manage with the challenges of the area, calmness and social/teamwork to be close to the team and properties.Functional knowledge of all department operations.High level of Spanish and English is mandatory - verbal and written.Proven ability in Human Resources Management Talent Development.Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management.Able to reside in Menorca, Spain.What do we expect from you?
