Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. The GM Admin Supervisor Position is to manage day to day sales administrative accountabilities to dedicated areas of expertise and provide leadership to the Northern California Market Administrative team. Selected candidate can be based in Hayward or Sacramento and must be able to travel a minimum of 2 days/week. Responsibilities Supports Market Staff & Administrative Team driving business results and Control & Compliance standards, including direction to staff supporting Sr. Market Director Monitors, analyzes and communicates business performance results against planned Market targets. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal departments and acts as liaison to identify and remedy issues. Provides strong oversight and analysis into key financial strategies and initiatives ensuring participation and compliance with initiatives including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cashiering. Manage key financial loss lines and budgets for the market to drive better results, including OS, non-sufficient funds (NFS) checks, unauthorized charges, and short pays. Deliver timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to Market Staff. Provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategies and initiatives – ensure participation and compliance with initiatives. Manage staff calendars, vacation schedules and backfill coverage. Establish measurable PDR Objectives and developmental actions for administrative team. Maintain high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material on a daily basis. Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure. Processing and approving payroll for Administrative Team. Ensure Global Control Standard (GCS) pass rates and control environment for the market to enable future success with testing and audit scores. Manage a team of on-site and remote employees. Supports Senior market Director by assisting with Travel & Entertainment expense reporting. Support with site engagement events. Support Mexico Capability Center (MCC) with coordinating administrative tasks. Travel required – up to 50% Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,400 - $92,600. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
