ABOUT THE PROPERTY

First hotel in the Belize market.

Hotel and residences are located on private island.  Extensive mainland facility with support services and heart of house operation. 

Residential has 48 Units and 100 Estate Homes all with direct beachfront access.

The hotel will feature a Greg Norman designed 9-hole championship Golf Course.

Union Harbor and Marina. Fabien Cousteau Dive & Adventure Center.

Outsourced managed Airstrip

Caye Chapel Club.

One large main family pool two adult pools,

10 Treatment Room Spa

High end retail boutique.

Mainland facility for heart of house and support departments. Employee housing.

Transportation of guests and employees from mainland facility to Island.

F&B:

With 8 outlets F&B will be a big part of activating the space and driving energy through the property

Signature restaurant, Casual Restaurant, Bar & Lounge, Pool, Bar & Grill, Lobby Lounge & Coffee Bar.

Various locations in the hotel can create unique F&B experiences from the Ballroom, and meeting space.

General

A decisive leader who will be responsible for the overall success of the opening with the support of corporate functional expertise.

A strategic leader, who thinks and acts in this manner, and someone that brings key stakeholders together, keeping everyone on track for the successful delivery/opening of this project.

Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholder with differing views.

Capable of creating strong business and community relationships. A brand ambassador for a stunning new resort in a new market for Four Seasons and residences

Agility and innovation in a complex remote island opening.

Strong guest centric skills that will define luxury in Belize.

Exceptional personal presence that sets the tone for embracing the local culture and the Belizean community.

Strong networking skills that leverage relationships that will make an impact in the local community. It is critical that Four Seasons is viewed as a strong partner and supporter of Belize.

Owner Summary / View of Needs

Previous opening and resort experience strongly preferred.

Strong communicator who ideally knows some Spanish and is fluent in English

Ability to create exceptional guest experiences in the first private Four Seasons Island in the Americas!

Four Seasons brand ambassador who can interact, engage, and partner with Ownership Group and Government as we open in this exciting new market.
