As a General Manager you are responsible for effectively leading, coordinating and driving the performance of the Store. The role is to be a coach and mentor to the Store Management. Key accountabilities include the management of staffing, sales, product and merchandise to ensure that Company targets and objectives are achieved, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.

The General Manager role is as an ambassador for the HUGO BOSS brand; a key expectation of the role is relationship building with internal and external stakeholders, business networks and partners, the store teams, and customers.
What you can expect:
\n\tTo build customer loyalty and generate repeat business through effective customer relationship management practices;\n\tRecruitment of store management team (in consultation with HR);\n\tCreating a team with expertise to deliver high standards and performance, inspiration to customers and positively impacting the KPI’s;\n\tAccountability for sales performance of site;\n\tMonitoring & reporting of site sales and KPIs on a daily basis;\n\tResponsible for business reporting and business analysis of the store, including delivering KPI action plans , implementation and follow up;\n\tUnderstanding of the external influences of the shop within region;\n\tResponsible for ensuring company and business directive is followed up and/or actioned as appropriate;\n\tWorking with the Merchandise Team to determine appropriate product lines and volumes for stores within region.\n
Your profile:
\n\tExperience from a similar position in the luxury fashion segment for at least 2-3 years is a must; \n\tUnderstand and represent the brand attributes;\n\tFlexible, customer-focused, accurate, results-oriented and can work well under pressure;\n\tPeople management experience and proven track record in meeting targets and KPIs;\n\tComputer literate, with a good knowledge of MS Office;\n\tDemonstrates an ability to lead, motivate, train and develop a team through active management;\n\tExcellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;\n\tLiving nearby Maasmechelen\n
