What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:
\n\nA minimum of 2 years hotel General Manager OR 5 years Hotel Manager experience managing a full-service property with $20M or greater in revenue.\nProven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to maintain market share and revenue performance index (RPI) in response to new competitive hotel openings.\nExperience managing a full-scale renovation.\nPassion for building engaging service cultures, mentoring and developing high performing teams.\nStrong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.\nAbility to build and maintain successful ownership relationships and community partnerships.\nPerformance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results. \n\nPreferred Qualifications:
