General Manager of Trade and Commercial Sales
The General Manager oversees the Trade & Commercial Sales departments, driving customer satisfaction, market growth, and profitability across the DFW metroplex and West Texas. A key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role develops strategic initiatives, leads Sales Managers, and fosters cross-departmental collaboration to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute initiatives to align with company objectives, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities. Team Development: Lead and mentor Sales Managers, build a high-performing team culture, and implement sales best practices. Sales Oversight: Set quotas, monitor performance, conduct site visits, and enforce pricing and profitability strategies. Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, manage budgets, and collaborate across departments to ensure efficiency. Client Engagement: Represent the company with key accounts, participate in industry events, and support marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 5+ years of sales leadership experience in building materials or related industries. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in CRM systems, OMS, and Microsoft Office. What We Offer: Competitive salary ($150,000–$200,000) with bonuses.
