In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between the hotel, its owners, and corporate partners. Your responsibilities include overseeing relationship management, communications, contractual matters, and exploring opportunities for joint growth and progress.

\n\nWhat will I be doing?
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Recruit, interview and train team members\nOversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurements
Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies\n
What are we looking for?
\nBasic Qualifications:
\n\nA minimum of 2 years Hotel General Manager experience OR 3 years of AGM / Hotel Manager experience.\nExperience managing a 150+ room property with $10M or greater in revenue.\nAbility to build successful ownership relationships and partnerships.\nStrong commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue.\nProven success in enhancing growth and service quality within F&B.\nPerformance driven, with strong leadership capability and proven ability to attract, motivate, lead, inspire and direct a talented team towards driving excellent guest and employee satisfaction results.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:
