What are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications:

\n\nExperience managing a property with $10 Million revenue and 150+ rooms.\nMinimum one year Hotel Manager OR three years Executive Member experience at a similar-sized or larger hotel.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive team member culture.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive business growth.\nExperience managing owner relations and fostering positive partnerships.\nStrong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.\n\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n\nHilton brand expertise.\nLocal market.\nExperience with airport property.\n\n
