Open in December 2017, MBR is a financially stable property that has been growing >25% annually, that is looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager that thrives on developing processes, people and expanding the product offering for guests. The property has seasoned Rooms, F&B, IT and Operations teams that are ready to learn and grow with an enthusiastic, strategic General Manager that delights in growing the capabilities of the team and the hotel.
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years managing Hilton franchise, 150+ room hotel with group/banquet and large F&B offeringsSuperior leadership, listening and FOLLOWUP skill setsStrong management style with clear objectives, deadlines, goals, KPIs with defined rewards (and demerits)Proactive and anticipatory management skills - focus to eliminate issuesExcellent management skills - Hotel Owner and Finance department will greatly assist with the budgets while the GM focuses on the daily operations, guest satisfaction and improving the quality and quantity of amenities and services available to our guestsCreative Revenue and group sales management to attain annual Revenue goalsOracle Opera experience preferred, yet not mandatoryDoesn't stop at the first thing that stops them, doesn't assume anything is being done and doesn't take 'No' as an answer - perseverance, determination and grit required.
