Key Responsibilities

Build a high integrity & performance culture and a strong team.  Initial focus on working commercial and product team to define where to play and how to win in the China market. Demonstrate high ethical standard and lead by example to promote RRX values, create engagement with diversity and inclusion. Develop and execute the IPS China strategic plan to position the business for above market growth; responsible for setting up region growth strategy, align with BU priorities, and gain necessary resources to optimize value propositions and improve competitive position in China market.Be accountable to achieve annual sales, profit, and cash target and ensure operational execution and financial performance to AOP (Annual Operating Plan).Lead growth initiatives for China market including development of customer relationships, end user pull strategies, aftermarket plans, local product customization, and strategic partnerships. Achieve high level of customer satisfaction with delivery, quality and differentiated services.Build a strong product management and marketing team.  Leverage in depth VOC process to identify market and product opportunities, develop product roadmap,  and drive localization to achieve product excellent in market. Leverage wide product range of RRX brands and system capability to create value and synergy for customers,  increase share of wallet of A customers.Leverage RBS (Regal Rexnord Business System) and 80/20 to continuously improve our operation and profitability, develop talent, and achieve disciplined process and consistent business performance.Collaborate with global team on operation and supply chain optimization, lead project from region to improve operation excellence and service to customers. Work with operation team to achieve world class SQDC performance.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or technical field, MBA preferredMinimum 15 years hands on experience in sales/marketing and/or engineering, and sales team management, relevant industrial experience, continuous improvement and operation experience a plusA true team leader who can win team’s trust and engagement, attract top talent and develop and develop a strong team.  Align resources to critical few initiatives to achieve aggressive goalsExperience with strategy development and deployment for China market to compete with global and local players;Proven track record of organic growth leading a sizable sales, application engineering and operation team;Able to communicate and collaborate with global team on complex and strategic issues, problem solving and get alignment;Strong business acumen, financial savvy and executive presence;Ability to foster an organization where process improvements can be monitored and implemented throughout the organistion as a standard process;High integrity and fits well with RRX values, esp. on 80/20 and PDCA;
