Objectives and Key Responsibilities

 Full P/L responsibility for business growth across a portfolio of 6 Business Lines between 100-500M Euros.
 Align and implement the Global go-to-market and products strategy across Business Lines
 Lead the transformation and simplification of the operations of the business
 Lead relationships with CEOs and other senior external figures, including regulatory bodies
 Continue transforming the business as it shifts from a product to a solutions oriented business
 Identify and execute M&A opportunities
 Develop and implement the people strategy for the country, in partnership with the Global support functions
 Lead and manage local operational, compliance, health and safety and other requirements
 Leverage central infrastructure to drive growth

 

Has an external focus, including working at the c-suite level with governments and customers
 Drives a transformation agenda, both in terms of integrating new businesses, shifting the culture and also driving efficiency of the back office
 Current gaps include business acumen, capacity to transform the business/change management, managing priorities, and skills to operate at the c-suite level
 Potential barriers for growth are mainly in priorities management, managing conflict, cross-selling and ensuring a healthy talent pipeline
 Identifying and taking calculated risks to drive innovation
 Leading and growing both product and solution based businesses
 Driving results in a matrixed environment
