This role is mandated with leading a team of business development and bid management specialists, with the collective objective of growing existing business and prospecting for new business, within the context of annual business unit plans and Aon’s longer-term commercial growth strategy. About you As the General Manager - Growth & Client Experience, you will oversee the strategic growth of our business and lead initiatives that elevate the client experience. you will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our brand remains the marketplace of choice. We are seeking a strong relationship manager with proven success in driving profitable growth within a strategic, commercially focused business. This individual will exemplify the right behaviors, engaging effectively with the broader Aon team and executive stakeholders. You will need to be passionate about growth and enhancing client service offering. It would be beneficial if you have a strong technical understanding of general insurance, but we are also keen to hear from people who have come from other large, complex businesses with a large client base. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and comfortable influencing and working collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes. Show business insight and attention to detail while driving revenue growth across sales and service channels.
